ANSWER: Please disregard everything on page 24 except the first sentence which reads: “ the budget narrative should clearly indicate how budget items were calculated.”

Everything else on that page should be disregarded.
The correct administrative cap is 10% of the budget as stated on page 16 of the RFP.

The total cap to be considered is the stated participant slot cost. Do not concern yourself with the $3200 as subcontractors are not responsible for participant wages or stipends.

Answer: As stated above please disregard everything on page 24 except for the first sentence. The maximum cost per participant is based on the program and is found on page 15.

The service learning program allows for a maximum of $350. per participant program slot cost. The $8./hr is what participants are paid for their work hours in the service learning program and is not to be included in your budget. Participant wages are the responsibility of Goodwill.

There is no $3200 per person. As stated above, please disregard that statement. A budget is required as is a budget narrative. The budget should reflect how you arrived at your participant slot cost which does have a maximum depending on which program you are proposing. You will be able to bill one half of the participant slot cost after one week of the youth’s participation in the program and the remainder after the program ends.

Participants in the service learning .are paid up to a $100. weekly stipend for their participation in the program. There are no other payments made to them.

The only billable costs are the participant slot cost found on page 15. The $3200. is an error and is incorrect.
