Alert Notifications
The City currently provides alert notifications for various events and emergencies via email, cell phone text messaging and pager. Any citizen can register for this service by logging onto the City web page www.cityofno.com and following the links or by going to www.nolaready.info and filling out the online registration. These alerts include weather, traffic and all hazards affecting New Orleans.
Tourists and visitors to the City are encouraged to enroll in this service as well as all residents.
