Information on FEMA funded demolitions

Pursuant to Chapter 26 Section 263 of the Code of the City of New Orleans, the City of New Orleans gives official notification that it intends to demolish or haul away the below referenced properties. The City has determined that these properties constitute an immediate threat to public health, safety and welfare; by reasons of being unremediated, ungutted, open to the public, unsafe, unsanitary or conducive to ill health of the community.
